About Indranil Acharya

10 yrs of Industry Experience in designing Antennas for Base Station Applications (2G,3G,4G), MIMO 64T64R/128T128R Antennas, 5G Antennas for Sub 6GHz & mm wave application, Access Point Antennas (CPE, WiFi, WiMax).I have also ventured in designing special purpose High Rise Antennas, Microstrip Patch Antenna Arrays for mm wave application, IoT Antennas, Slot Antenna arrays, Antennas for Rf Energy Harvesting, Omnidirectional Antennas, Monopole & Dipole Antennas in PCB,RFID tag Antennas and its associated lumped Matching Ckt design etc.I have modest exposure in designing passive circuits like Hybrid Couplers, Power Dividers, Circulator etc. Have exposure in SI as shown below: Highly motivated and eager to participate in the planning of digital PCB designs, simulation, lab verification, and troubleshooting of signal integrity issues on completed designs; Ability to lead the design review of critical PCBs for signal integrity concerns Intellectual capacity to conduct extensive Board level simulation of signal traces to extract / identify key system performance parameters including eye- diagram, Jitter etc. Comprehensive understanding of fundamentals of circuit and electromagnetics theories including frequency and time domain analysis techniques, transmission line theory, termination techniques. Strong ability to enhance system performance through prompt identification and resolution of incidents and issues in board layouts and net routings Comprehensive knowledge of SI and PCB design fundamentals including single ended and differential signals, signal loss, impedance control and crosstalk noise Expertise in channel model construction of serial links cascading s-parameter data of PCB, connector, & generation of complete system model Cross functional collaboration expert, competently communicates and liaises with diverse cross functional teams to establish interface specifications and determine design & validation methodologies Deft in formulating detailed Stackup designs and accurately calculating impedance for Single ended and differential signals Brings forth extensive exposure in post and pre-signal analysis; Abilities to conduct different topology analysis and differential via modelling Prowess in driving and monitoring S-parameter extraction of Board/Package aimed at recognizing and analysing Insertion and Return loss Self-motivated individual, proficiently leads and takes ownership of assigned projects, exhibits good written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrates excellence while working diverse team environment
