I am 28 years old from India, recently moved to Germany. I am working as a freelancer for medcase which is a healthcare organization, which provides a network of healthcare professionals that is constantly evolving and available to support the needs of industry innovators. I am physician recruiter for medcase, and have been remotely working for them for over a year. As it is a healthcare industry my major tasks involved, understanding the requirements provided by the client company and providing them physicians as required. As per the requirements I use indeed, LinkedIn, Monster and other websites to connect to physicians. We also post job advertisements and physicians connect to us once they find their skill set as the requirement of the organization. Then I surf through the various applicants and choose the ones who match our required skill set. I also conduct the initial interviews and discuss the terms and conditions with the physicians. After the discussion I sent them contract terms and help them in the payroll process. Previously I have worked in an educational institution for a year from 20••••20 as a teaching facilitator. My experience at the educational institution has taught me patience, and strength to think about a problem in multiple ways. I am also trained as a Life coach and NLP Trainer.
