Experience in design of Commercial buildings, Residential buildings, Healthcare, Shopping malls, Schools and Airports etc. • Experience in providing HVAC systems, Fire protection and Plumbing design services. • Experience in design of a variety of HVAC systems including hot water & chilled water systems, dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS), energy recovery systems, constant volume and variable air volume (VAV) systems, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, kitchen exhaust, laundry exhaust, DX split systems, etc. • Over hours using AutoCAD and REVIT for 2D and 3D modeling.• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and 2D/3D drawings. • Knowledge and ability to prepare Engineering drawings/Specifications. • Knowledge and design experience with LEED and Green Globes principles. • Good understanding of federal, state and local laws, ordinances, statutes, regulations, rules, policies and procedures.
