1) Architected, led and developed the Linux Small form factor solution which enabled customers to provision their devices with the operating systems of their choice directly from cloud without requiring any on-site personnel to be present at their site location. It also allowed customers to install AKS and other solutions to deploy their workloads smoothly. It gained huge popularity among customers and enabled them to avail better solutions at cheaper cost.2) Led the team to identity and manage the GPU infrastructure on Azure Local clusters from scratch. Worked with multiple partner teams and multiple stakeholders and Product managers to decide the product workflow and code the individual device and cloud side components.3) Developed a POC to support AI assisted debugging of customer issues using LLM models deployed in the cloud. This enabled customers to understand and clearly implement corrective measures easily for the failures they encountered during deployment. Also provided auto-mitigation support for some known issues. This involved scraping data to fine-tune models for known issues, integrating AI agents into 1 service so that can be deployed as a single service to the customer. and coding the device application to talk to RAG based agents using customer prompts.4) Took ownership to completely mentor a junior during his internship period and helped him developed a small POC that got productized later.
