About Indraja Adi

I’ve built my career in organisations where things are still taking shape - new teams, new structures, new expectations. The kind of environments where there’s no playbook, just real decisions that affect real people. Over the years, I’ve worked across multiple streams of HR: shared services, people operations, talent branding, employee relations, and people strategy. What ties it all together is a consistent theme, working closely with leaders to make people decisions that hold up during growth, ambiguity, and change.Academically, I hold a Master’s in Human Resources and Organisations from the London School of Economics (LSE). LSE was less about textbooks and more about being in rooms with people from vastly different nationalities, industries, and life experiences - debating work, power, inequality, leadership, and organisations from multiple lenses. That exposure fundamentally shaped how I think about people decisions today: context matters, trade-offs are real, and one-size-fits-all solutions rarely work.Alongside my work, I care deeply about mentoring students and early-career professionals.
