Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer/client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate service-related concerns to supervisors as needed. Inventory Control: Conduct daily cycle counts, investigate variances, and ensure inventory accuracy. Reporting: Prepare and update weekly reports on operational performance, inventory status, and delivery metrics. Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safe work practices to maintain a secure working environment.
