I\'m Senior Recruiter responsible for UK Apps - SAP Package Based Solutions team\'s experience hiring, Engaging with business partners (Hiring managers, stakeholders) to understand the priorities, roles, and talent needs for quarterly / yearly basis. • Technical recruiting and sourcing in an in-house environment, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S4/Hana, Integrations (Mule, Webmethods, SOA, DellBoomi), Cloud Architect (Azure, AWS, GCP), ERP (SAP, Oracle Apps )roles. • Collaboratively working with ERP Suppliers, Direct Sourcers, Recruitment coordinators, Offer management team for smooth and agility recruitment process. • Arranging Job Briefing call with hiring managers to fully update resourcing strategy, market insights, also ensuring to establish D&I priorities. • Managing successful recruitment (quality, speed, cost and diversity of end-to-end pipeline) for internal transfer, direct hiring and approximately 60+ SAP roles per annum in a given portfolio. • Conduct assessments, differentiate candidate capabilities to short list and guide business on objective ratings to differentiate candidates • I’m the key engagement point of contact for Candidates, considering their individual needs and being an ambassador for Capgemini – SAP UKP roles. • Understand the process, policies and intricacies of the Avature and SuccessFactors recruitment system, for end to end recruitment process. • Follow up on referrals, attending networking events and generally building a pipeline of possible candidates for designated skill pools • Responsible for Identifying and leading work to improve the ongoing delivery and operational effectiveness of Resourcing. • Use data (Horsefly, Power BI, LI ) to predict trends and identify potential risks and opportunities to forecast demand. • Adhere to high standards of compliance across all accountabilities.
