I have a proven track record in the logistics industry, where I have developed a comprehensive understanding of supply chain-related risks. My career journey showcases my commitment to excellence in insurance brokerage, customer service, and risk analysis. I began my career as a Safety and Compliance Manager in the logistics industry, where I gained firsthand experience in identifying and mitigating risks. This experience laid the foundation for my transition into the logistics insurance sector, where I honed my skills in various departments, including accounting, underwriting, compliance, and claims. As the Head of Claims, I successfully managed internal operations and third-party administrators, ensuring fair claims handling and compliant loss ratios. I played a key role in developing policy wording that provided comprehensive coverage for clients. My dedication and expertise have been recognized through a nomination for the Claims Rising Star of the Year Award and the win under my leadership of the Claims Innovation of the Year Award.
