I bring over a decade of experience as a seasoned Project Management Professional, specializing in Learning and Development (LnD) and Recruitment. Alongside my proficiency in LnD, I have a deep passion for writing. My L&D expertise encompasses planning, executing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs, covering areas like corporate etiquette, technical skills, business communication, leadership capabilities, and recruitment strategies. I excel in crafting and implementing LnD roadmaps, using methodologies like ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick training evaluation. Communication, negotiation, team motivation, and recruitment are among my core strengths. I am known for my ability to manage multiple dynamic projects and for my in-depth understanding of competency development, training schedule optimization, and talent acquisition. On the recruitment I expertise in planning, coordinating, and evaluating the various services, policies, and programs of my client\'s HR department is another facet of my skill set. This ranges from evaluating recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, to overseeing employee benefit programs, to developing a strategic plan for the HR department.
