As a UK listed M&A specialist within the Global Advisory business at Rothschild & Co, I work across the bank’s significant listed transactions both with respect to M&A and equity capital raises. I also lead on our provision of Sponsor and Nominated Adviser services and advice to Main Market and AIM listed issuers respectively. Having spent half a decade working at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) prior to joining the bank, I developed an in depth understanding of the application of the UK and EU financial regulation and the application of this in practice.
