With over two decades of leadership in finance and banking, and a deep calling toward human connection, I have intentionally transitioned into the world of people-centred care and coaching. Earning my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential marked a pivotal milestone, and now, as a Community Support Worker in New Zealand, I am privileged to bring compassion, dignity, and genuine presence to the lives of elderly individuals and people living with disabilities.My journey, from banking teams to coaching conversations to community care, has been guided by one consistent belief: that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported with respect. I bring emotional intelligence, active listening, and a coaching mindset into every interaction, whether supporting someone through daily living or simply being a trusted presence in their life.I am committed to growing in the health and social support sector in Aotearoa New Zealand, with a long-term vision toward counselling and holistic wellbeing support.
