Chadwick Boseman encapsulated my life\'s philosophy in one of his famous quotes;\"When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that i would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say,\'I used everything You gave me\'\" This is who I am, This is how I am. ALL in. I love problems as it allows me the opportunity to be challenged and develop strategies for success. Over the years I was in retail, I combined strategic planning and sales forecasting to maximize profitability and productivity and employed analysis to identify and assess needs, whilst developing and executing strategies to resolve logistical, operational and customer experiential challenges. As an educator I developed curricula, contributed test items for regional examinations in my areas of expertise, participated in examination assessment, and had key measurement and evaluation roles in grant funded studies. As a workforce professional I have had the opportunity to contribute to some pretty innovative initiatives that allowed me to spread my wings and impact the we serve in indelible ways. To top off all of this is the fact that I have been fortunate enough to have lived and served in Central America, and on both sides of the border in North America. I crredit my results in every role to the fact that i remain true to myself and am never trying to fit in, instead, I accept that I stand out! I have never met a stranger and I am ALL about the people. My success strategy revolves around the fact that success starts with the people and ends with the people!
