Undertaking a three-month placement co-organised by Historic Royal Palaces, the OOC DTP (AHRC) and Oxford University Heritage Partnerships, examining manuscripts compiled by the Surveyor of the King’s Works, James Nedeham, relating to building works at the Tower of London, Greenwich and Whitehall Palace and other English royal palaces during the years 1532-44. Charting a period when Henry was investing vast sums into art and architecture.
