India has held global COO and CTO positions at some of the world\'s largest financial services institutions (investment banking, asset management, and retail/mortgage banks) with expatriate assignments for a combined 20+ years in London, Frankfurt, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. In her post corporate career, she is a multi-preneur and seasoned public, private and not for profit board director for institutions in the US and UK. In the latter she also holds SMF-10 approval by the UK FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) that is granted for The Chair of the Risk Committee. In this capacity, she oversees risk management strategies and policies for the UK’s oldest private bank. She is also the Chair of US based, Women Business Collaborative. Through her own company and team at Leadership For Execs, India is as a globally recognized leadership expert, executive coach and strategic advisor, working with Fortune 100 c-suite executives and founder entrepreneurs, around the globe. Her clients are consulting firms, financial services firms, tech companies, entertainment companies and pharma. As a 360 learning and leadership development provider to leaders, teams and staff she is also the founder of Relucent Learning, an adjacent company that provides on demand learning management content (with accreditation capability). Relucent provides scalable, high-quality custom, client branded leadership development, onboarding and training content to corporate, governmental, and nonprofit entities learning management platform\'s with an option for a proprietary white labeled platform. In addition to being a long and short form Linkedin Learning instructor focused on leadership and board content, India is an engaging keynote and panel speaker on the international stage and was on the coaching faculty at Georgetown University for the Executive Master\'s in Leadership Program, as well as a visiting instructor at Howard University (Corporate Education) and Temple University in Japan. Leveraging her experience in board, and advisory roles for women\'s organizations and conferences worldwide, she spearheaded and leads ACT3, the premier women\'s convening that provides a community to support, educate and engage women in their midlife transitions and beyond through a global virtual annual convening and in person roundtable conversations in US, UK, India, Africa, Brazil and Australia. A published writer, India speaks fluent French and functional Japanese. She divides her time between Washington D.C. and London and is married with three children
