I am a highly skilled and detail-oriented scientist with extensive experience in biotechnology and molecular biology techniques. Currently serving as a Sr. Lab Operations Associate at Portal Innovations, I excel in supporting and optimizing laboratory operations to drive innovation and ensure compliance with industry standards.I hold a B.S. in Plant Science-Biotechnology and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Fort Valley State University. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams—including engineering, quality assurance, and marketing—to deliver impactful solutions in biotechnology and medical device development.Areas of Expertise •Leadership & Training:Experienced in coordinating manufacturing technicians, support scientists, and quality control teams to produce validation lots and improve product workflows. I have designed experiments aligned with voice-of-customer data and trained cross-department employees to implement a product shelf-life extension strategy. •Analytical & Technical Skills:Skilled in designing and conducting experiments to optimize product design and process improvements using Minitab and other analytical tools.
