Working as part of the Commercial Team to create and execute multiple market leading core and specials drinks menus per year, across all 5 of our brands- Revolution Bars- Revolucion de Cuba- Peach Pubs- Founders & Co- PlayhouseWorking closely with suppliers to execute mutually beneficial drinks menus and activations, which deliver drinks to suit industry trends and seasonal demand.Maintaining accurate ingredient, recipe and menu information on Star Chef.Utilising vast operational experience to ensure drinks and menus can be delivered to a high quality and at pace during peak sessions - taking into consideration bar layout, streamlined recipes, product and glassware ranges, labour and staff training requirements.A close emphasis on cost price and margin during the menu development process and various cost mitigation initiatives.Developing a range of pre-booked and other drinks categories/packages to supplement our vast cocktail offering.Liaising with other key functions to ensure menus and activations land into the business smoothly, including; Marketing, IT, Procurement, People Development, Brand Operations Managers and Operations Teams.
