Driven and enthusiastic legal professional, I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Juris Doctorate candidate at Drexel University. My passion for law, combined with my ability to critically analyze and interpret legal concepts, has prepared me to contribute significantly in a diverse array of legal settings.Throughout my academic journey, I\'ve gained an in-depth understanding of legal practices and procedures, legal research, and ethics. This foundation has been further supplemented by my abilities to draft legal documents, negotiate, and articulate legal strategies and procedures effectively.As an entrepreneur, I founded a successful private tutoring company during my undergraduate studies. This venture taught me valuable lessons in leadership, time management, and business development. It also allowed me to sharpen my communication skills and nurture a knack for problem-solving.I am a strong believer in the power of education and mentoring, which led me to establish my tutoring business.    Conduct state-specific statutory research (New York) related to lease agreements and sale/purchase agreements- Build and maintain a detailed statutory research matrix, summarizing relevant statutes, requirements, exceptions, and cross-references- Use Westlaw/LexisNexis to efficiently locate and validate statutes, annotations, and supporting case law where relevant- Analyze legal authority and translate findings into clear, structured spreadsheet outputs aligned with team standards- Support business development and operations by managing an outreach tracking spreadsheet and documenting communications with realtors/agencies- Draft and send professional outreach emails using approved templates; track responses and follow-ups for accuracy and continuity- Collaborate with team leads and fellow interns in check-ins and group meetings, flagging questions, gaps, or inconsistencies in research materials- Assist in the transition from research deliverables to template drafting, helping convert statutory findings into practical agreement language and checklists
