   Coordinate end-to-end logistics, operations, and execution of creative media production for concert tours and live events across the U.S, Canada, and Latin America- Project manage Creative Services for all internal and external stakeholders. That includes RFPs, corporate communication, content marketing, and paid media production- Lead creative production workflows for three national tour marketers, supporting digital campaigns, social media copy, content marketing assets, and paid media deliverables- Assist in venue database development and presentation deck creation for vetted event locations and touring opportunities- Oversee the distribution, tracking, and communication of inbound and outstanding tour invoices- Support creative production budget reconciliation and financial reporting for internal teams- Track budget spend and sponsorship integrations in collaboration with the Director of Creative Services and national tour marketing teams.
