I enjoy the fast paced and ever-changing nature of HR; it suits my ability to work on several projects at once, my drive to get tasks done and to work with conflicting priorities. My current role has given me the opportunity to work in many areas, covering recruitment, L&D, employee relations, immigration, performance review, policies and procedures. I have the confidence to work within these areas independently, but relish the opportunity to learn from others, so greatly enjoy a team environment. I have a can do approach and a positive outlook which enables me to work effectively in high pressure situations whilst maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues.
