Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Intelligent Data Platform aligned with the organization\'s business goals.• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to define the roadmap for evolving the data platform in line with emerging technologies and industry best practices.• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts.• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team members and colleagues across organisation.• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the Intelligent Data Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to implement best practices in data architecture, governance, and security.• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the field of data platforms, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business analysts, and IT teams, to understand data requirements and facilitate data-driven decision-making.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on platform performance, project statuses, and key achievements.• Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.• Implement and monitor data quality controls to maintain the integrity of the data platform.• Lead and coordinate data platform projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.• Implement monitoring tools and processes to ensure the ongoing performance and optimization of the Intelligent Data Platform.• Involved in proposal writing, solution architecture, review & delivery of the envisioned solutions.
