About Michael Moore

Hi, I\'m Michael Moore. For two decades, I\'ve been building responsive and resilient leadership systems. Most of my projects are in the K12 sector with urban districts, charter management organizations, and non-profits. Many of my projects are multi-year engagements working with senior leadership teams to implement tools and processes that produce better outcomes - and develop leaders.    Provide on-site talent strategy support in the School District of Palm Beach County, Duval County Public Schools, Seminole County Public Schools, Everett (WA) Public Schools, Aurora (CO) Public Schools, Los Angeles Unified School District, Tulsa Public Schools, and Seattle Public Schools. Support state (SEA) talent teams in Massachusetts, Utah, Colorado, and Kentucky. Facilitate year-long \"Principal as Human Capital Leader\" networks for a variety of districts and education cooperatives. Co-design and facilitate a human-capital certification course for district leaders under the auspices of Arkansas Association of School Personnel Administrators and Arkansas Department of Education. Coach and support Chief Human Resource Officers or HR Directors in several large urban districts including New York, Atlanta, and Baltimore. Develop training modules and processes for districts to improve teacher selection by principals, principal supervision in turnaround schools, and the work of principals as human capital managers.
