   Nithyashree Sathyanarayanan leads the Founder’s Office at The ePlane Company, functioning at the intersection of operations and strategic execution.In this role, she works closely with the founder and leadership team to drive the company’s strategic roadmap and lead high impact initiatives. Her mandate spans across functions, with a focus on executional excellence and long term value creation.As a communications strategist, Nithyashree oversees the company’s internal and external communications, with an emphasis on messaging, internal culture and brand alignment. She plays a central role in shaping The ePlane Company’s voice: ensuring all comms reflects its mission, values, and future vision.She supports investor relations, acting as a key liaison between the company and its investor community. In her capacity at the Founder’s Office, Nithyashree drives board relations, ensuring structured and consistent communication with the Board of Directors. She is responsible for preparing detailed board packs, progress reports and monthly/quarterly update presentations, while also managing board meeting logistics and agendas. Her work strengthens governance practices and builds alignment on critical aspects of strategy, risk and valuation metrics, ensuring all the internal and external stakeholders remain informed, engaged and aligned with the company’s long term goals.Beyond communications, she contributes to special projects and forward looking initiatives that support the company’s 2040 innovation agenda. Her role reflects a strong blend of stakeholder and program management, narrative driven leadership and cross functional execution, positioning her at the heart of one of India’s most ambitious and promising deeptech startups.
