AutiQuest\'s aim is to help autistic adults achieve more in their lives. Part of this effort is our project to develop an App to help individuals with autism or Asperger syndrome have more success at gaining employment. Time and time again they struggle to gain jobs that they would do very well in. The same goes for gaining college places. Such individuals have super attention to detail, don\'t mind repetitive tasks yet can be highly creative and are usually very determined, taking knocks in their stride.after all, anyone who has faces continual struggle becomes resilient. My AutiQuest Interview Tips Autism Focused App is finally out on Google Play for Android! Launching on iPhone in March or April. It\'s taken me two years with lots of ups and downs during development.With words and 100\'s of tips, it\'s been designed to help autistic job interviewees have more success in interviews. Contains help with how to confirm the interview; how to handle phone screening; handling typical tricky, open-ended and ambiguous questions; selling oneself; sensory and information overload; speaking and body language; eye contact; autism disclosure and reasonable adjustments plus there is a large section to help interviewers too. Job coaches, careers advisors and HR managers should also benefit from using the App too. I lead a specialist day service in Medway, UK, supporting adults with a learning disability, autism or a brain injury and with a simple but uncompromising mission: to raise expectations and transform lives.Our style is to treat our clients in a way that they rarely are, namely to raise the bar in terms of what others think they can do and then they usually respond by reaching that higher level, boosting confidence. We start by recognising that our clients have usually felt unempowered for most of their lives, accepting what others have decided they can or should do or not do and just getting on with it. We try to give them power and they invariably respond to that.I sometimes look at my clients with a learning disability and ponder about what they probably would have done had they not been dealt the hand that they got.John would have been an engineer, Mark would have been an artist, David would have been a pilot. So it\'s a privilege to support these special people who deserve the best that one can give them.We also support autistic individuals into employment under AutiQuest. Not only is the unemployment of autistic individuals a tragedy, those who are employed are often employed in jobs that are well below their abilities. They end up working in places where their dreams go to die. We aim to change this and made an app providing job interview navigation support for autistic job seekers.We do qEEG brain mapping and plan to adapt non-Invasive brain stimulation for autistic individuals so that they can benefit from it, potentially in the areas of sensory hypersensitivity, depression (left DLPFC), cerebellar deficits, social cognition and social anxiety (right temporoparietal junction) not to \"cure\" but to support autistic individuals to be more their true selves in the world, less hindered. Centa Co is currently conducting and exploratory pilot using Reneural\'s Neurovive VR system as we are developing a unique model of neuro-rehabilitation by embedding structured cognitive and functional retraining within the rich, socially dynamic environment of a specialist day centre. Rather than delivering rehabilitation in isolation, our approach integrates targeted neuroplasticity-focused activities into meaningful, real-world contexts — alongside creative sessions, social interaction, vocational tasks, and daily living practice. This blended model creates repetition, engagement, and functional carryover in a way that traditional settings often cannot, offering a forward-thinking community-based approach that bridges structured rehabilitation with everyday life.
