Ownership of the procurement strategy for Brand Labelling, aligned with business growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability objectives, over a €10M+ supplier portfolio, primarily across Europe End-to-end supplier governance, including supplier selection, contract strategy, performance management, and lifecycle decisions. Strategic management of KNX product-related suppliers, ensuring alignment between technical, marketing, industrial, and quality requirements. Leadership of cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Industrial, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Decision-making authority on supplier selection, negotiation strategy, contractual frameworks, and supplier exit or transition plans. Steering of supplier performance and continuous improvement plans (Quality value engineering, Change of supplier, Innovation, Risk management). Driving high-stakes negotiations to secure long-term partnerships, competitive cost structures, and contractual robustness. Oversight of product lifecycle management, including ramp-up phases, change management, and end-of-life strategies.
