ABOUT IZABELA NANUSHI
Product leader with proven P&L responsibility skilled at managing complex stakeholder dynamics to drive revenue growth. Currently own product and financial accountability for $11M API platform at Canada\'s fintech infrastructure leader where my team and I are building and operating scalable client onboarding processes while managing several enterprise rollouts at various stages of the platform\'s life cycle. Before Product, I led Innovation projects focused on Open Banking and Digital Currencies, specifically 0-to-1 product development from concept to MVP targeting $100M addressable markets. Prior to Interac, I worked for Canada\'s third largest bank, where I drove 225% digital conversion improvements on platforms serving 6M+ users and delivered $1.5M operational cost savings through process optimization and stakeholder management. My career has taken some unexpected turns. I started at Deloitte, then took a risk leaving management consulting to pursue my dream of working in Paris for a global PR firm. Learning from great storytellers there taught me that if you understand your audience first and learn to speak its language, the rest will follow. Back in Canada, I moved through media and banking before somehow landing in Product, where I\'ve been ever since. I try to bring this same curiosity, openness and sense of discovery to all my work and volunteer engagements.
