When I\'m passionate about something, I walk the extra mile - just because I can. Therefore identification with my job is a must and standing still is not my thing. I love to bring things and projects to life and move them forward. In doing so, I am detail-oriented andfocused at the same time. Brainstorming or Excel lists - I don\'t want to miss out on either. I always like to have \"Plan B\" up my sleeve, because let\'s be honest: very few projects run smoothly. After around 15 years of #marketing and #eventmanagement hardly anything can shock me or take me by surprise. I\'m a small but mighty marketing one woman show: whether it\'s #onlinemarketing or the conception and implementation of a classic marketing campaign, event management or text writing - or all at once? I love it when the individual parts come together and something completely new is created.How do I do it? Preferably with a team of people who know what they are doing and love it just as much. I am used to managing and leading teams and partners. What\'s important to me: eye level.
