I am a tax lawyer with a broad-based tax practice in M&A (with an emphasis on middle-market PE and strategic transactions), financings, capital markets, restructurings and fund formation (including real estate / REITs) matters. I think of myself as a deal lawyer first and a tax lawyer second. I find particular joy in being an effective and efficient tax translator with both my corporate colleagues and our clients.
