ABOUT IMY ALLIBHAI

A dedicated and impact-driven sustainability consultant, I specialise in net zero strategy, carbon accounting, and corporate decarbonisation. With experience across commercial real estate, food & beverage and manufacturing, I help organisations navigate the complexities of sustainability - turning commitments into tangible action.I support businesses throughout their net zero journey, from calculating Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions under the Greenhouse Gas Protocol to conducting materiality assessments, managing emissions inventories, setting science-based targets (SBTi), and developing decarbonisation strategies. I have led workshops on carbon reduction and carbon offsetting, guided companies with their regular emissions monitoring, and helped businesses align with multiple frameworks such as TCFD, CNP and WGBC. My experience also extends to regulatory compliance, having supported over 60 ESOS projects and authored numerous board-level reports.Beyond emissions reduction, I drive internal corporate sustainability initiatives, leading the Internal Sustainability Committee, B Corp strategy, and B Corp Recertification while authoring annual B Impact reports. In this capacity, I work to embed B Corp principles into business operations, ensuring that sustainability, social impact, and governance are at the heart of decision-making. I lead efforts to improve our B Impact Score, aligning the company’s strategy with B Corp’s five key areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers. I also contribute to industry thought leadership, publishing articles on key and current sustainability trends. I hold an ISEP Certificate in the Foundation in Environmental Management, an Associate Membership with ISEP, and certifications in Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Standard Training and Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Accounting and Reporting.
