Decision making in terms of required product mix (Store wise & Category Wise) and growth in terms of value chain as well. Responsible for training and development of the entire team from a functional & behavioral skills point of view. Inventory planning & management is also an integral part of the overall responsibilities, also creation of effective supply chain management process. Responsible for strategizing best practices & systems and processes (Merchandising & Buying).
