   I lead global enterprise partnerships at GSDC, working closely with organizations to design, adopt, and scale role-based skill certification and competency frameworks aligned to evolving business needs.After stepping away in 2022, I chose to re-join GSDC driven by the organization’s significant global growth, expanding enterprise adoption, and the meaningful impact it is creating in establishing standardized skill benchmarks worldwide.My role focuses on enabling enterprises to move beyond fragmented learning initiatives by implementing industry-recognized, measurable skill standards across technology, leadership, governance, and emerging domains.• Driving enterprise adoption of GSDC certification frameworks across IT, BFSI, manufacturing, consulting, and global services organizations• Partnering with Decision Makers and Business Leaders to align certification strategies with workforce transformation, productivity, and compliance goals• Supporting enterprises in skill validation, workforce benchmarking, and readiness mapping across geographies• Leading enterprise sales strategy, negotiations, and long-term account growth globallyAt GSDC, our mission is to help enterprises build a common, globally recognized skill standard that supports talent credibility, workforce mobility, and future readiness at scale.
