About Steven Solomon
I’m the General Manager of Bott Radio Network - Nashville, a 24/7 Christian talk radio network, where we deliver top-quality content to our listeners, as well as provide a host of digital services. With a background in counterintelligence with the US Army, deploying in both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, I bring a strong sense of discipline, focus, and attention to detail to my work. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a talent for investigation and fact-finding, as well as exceptional communication skills. After my time in the military, I transitioned to church ministry, serving as a pastor at two different churches. From there, I moved into the media industry, working as an on-air talk radio host before taking on a leadership role at Bott Radio Network. In the Tennessee community I have well-established relationships with politicians, pastors, business owners, and non-profit organizations. I am passionate about using my intelligence and skills to engage in thought-provoking conversations and helping those around me become the best they can be. I pride myself on being a reliable and trustworthy partner for my colleagues, and I’m always looking for ways to improve my skills. I look forward to seeing how new technologies are impacting the world of media and the conversations we have on things that matter.
