I’ve spent 14+ years building and evolving web and eCommerce products, starting as a software engineer and growing into a product leader responsible for platforms that drive meaningful revenue at scale.Today, I lead product across a portfolio of Shopify websites, where the real challenge isn’t shipping features, it’s prioritization, alignment, and building platforms that scale without slowing the business. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, growth, and execution.Previously, I spent nearly a decade at Stamp.com, owning acquisition, marketing, ecommerce, and enterprise-facing products. That experience shaped how I think about product: grounding decisions in data, designing for scale early, and balancing speed with long-term maintainability. I’ve led major replatforming initiatives, built API-driven systems, and partnered across multiple subsidiaries in high-traffic, compliance-heavy environments.I bring a strong technical foundation that helps me evaluate tradeoffs quickly and earn trust with engineering teams, while staying focused on outcomes like conversion, performance, performance optimization, and operational efficiency.As my scope has grown, so has my focus on mentoring PMs, improving product practices, and operating at a portfolio level, not just a single roadmap. I’m most effective in ambiguous environments where clarity, structure, and calm execution matter.
