   Designed and developed electro-thermal management systems using MATLAB/Simulink and ANSYS to improve the reliability and performance of power electronic converters.• Developed thermal models for accurate estimation of semiconductor junction temperatures under dynamic operating conditions.• Developed co-simulation strategies using the Functional Mock-up Interface (FMI) for integrated thermal management in electric motor drive systems.• Implemented thermal control strategies for parallel power converters using power routing techniques, targeting applications in all-electric ship power systems.• Deployed advanced control algorithms on real-time platforms such as OPAL-RT, Typhoon HIL, and Speedgoat for experimental validation.• Performed Controller Hardware-in-the-Loop (CHIL) and Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHIL) testing to validate control performance in electric motor drive systems.• Designed both air- and liquid-cooled thermal management systems for three-level Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) converters used in motor drive applications.• Contributed to the development of a dynamometer testbed integrating a PMAC motor and NPC converter to support closed-loop experimental validation of real-time control strategies.
