Strengthen the incident management capability in the Site Security Control Room (SCR) by ensuring preparedness for handling threats and incidents.Manage day-to-day security operations while prioritizing incident management preparedness.Organize and manage the Security Control Room (SCR), taking command during threat or incident situations until relieved by a senior manager.Oversee the end-to-end management of the Access Control System (ACS), including handling access requests and issuing ID cards.Monitor and manage card stock levels, ensuring timely procurement when necessary.Respond to access control-related emails and handle all access requests from employees, vendors, or clients, ensuring proper approvals are obtained as per SOP.Adhere to the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) process, ensuring immediate deletion of access privileges upon termination, separation, or reassignment of duties.Maintain an up-to-date Access Control Approval Matrix for the relevant locations.Issue temporary access cards and activate access after due verification.Handle ID card requests for new employees, including printing and timely handover of cards.Ensure the secure storage and timely distribution of newly printed ID access cards, following SOPs.Update the JML list daily, storing relevant emails for audit purposes.Monitor alarms and respond as necessary, confirming with the India Security Control Room (ISCR).Conduct daily checks of all access control doors and flap barriers, maintaining a daily working status report.Report ACS faults to the maintenance vendor, site engineering team, and Single Point of Contact (SPOC).Input and create BSMART entries for the ACS, and prepare weekly fault reports.
