   o Leading 20+ projects to deliver high performance and quality SRAM layouts for silicon process technology development ranging from 22nm, 14nm, 10nm, 7nm and beyond. o Driving development of advanced layout floorplanning flow and methodology that automates the connectivity based floorplanning to improve integration and design maintenance by more than 2x of layout design effort o Collaborating with my team on providing Physical Design feedback to design engineers for Area and Power estimation. o Planning top-level using Fusion Compiler and ICC2 flows to place all SRAM IPs and integrate them correct by construction. o Using TCL script to create Power Grid for top-level and verified the robustness of power delivery using in-house tool. o Run DRC/TRCLVS other physical verification sign-off flows to monitor and control the quality of layout delivered to FC level o Managing SRAM layout delivery for Intel silicon process technology development such as Intel18, Intel20, Intel3. o Planning and budgeting resources for developing SRAM layout for new process technology. o Executing the projects spanning from 1 quarter to 6 quarters long. o Prioritized semiconductor test-chip roadmap with design engineers aligning the Intel vision with the market needs and business strategy. o Monitoring and controlling project of 12 to 16 engineers working on parallel deliverables and adjusting to changes to make sure the project is on time and resilient to unknown risks. o Establish a business process to engage stakeholders, manage project risks and remove roadblocks for my team. This helps with 10%- 15% improvement in future project execution time. o Perform team assessment and appraisal of 16 team members and review their performance once every quarter. o Provide coaching sessions to my team in groups and 1:1s to grow in their career path by aligning their goals to company’s product roadmap.
