Receive inbound and outbound calls to customers to attempt collection of outstanding balances and / or establish payment arrangements.• Approve residential, vacant, and commercial accounts for disconnection/de-selection after thorough review where efforts to resolve have not been successful.• Review final accounts that have not responded to Pending Referral Letter to determine treatment including additional correspondence, phone call or assignment to collection agency.• High level of accuracy in account investigation and resolution of billing issues driven from customer inquiries, resulting in reduced errors and improved customer satisfaction.
