I joined the National bank as a Tech Lead on the payment integration program, implementing a new payment vendor widget for a Bill Pay system across Retail, Commercial, and Mobile domains. From Tech team lead I evolved to App Architect/Project Manager role and now he is designated as Delivery lead and have grown the team size from 4 to 28 members over the span of 2.5 years.I have shown extensive knowledge about scrum practices, coordinating with client counterparts on API questions, architecture inputs, test data needs, managing resources, and client development processes. I take on challenges head-on from different departments ranging from Networking, Infrastructure, Cryptography, Identity management team and partner with them in arriving at resolutions. I make avenues for coverage for new resources, identifies gaps in the team, and raises and manages risks to stakeholder. I oversee various teams/pods in the Commercial, Retail, and Mobile space. I work closely with the account partner and help him with sales pursuits, project margin calculations, resource identification, and team grooming. I model the team structure and project timeline with various pricing models making sure the project maintains the profit margin as forecasted. I handle the sequencing of user stories, guides developer to adhere to sprint goals, remove blockers, and pave the path for the team to be successful. I continue to flex my technical and management skills by taking on larger and more complex/strategic team responsibilities.
