Contributed to delivering 90% or better compliance with all policies and regulations by taking ownership over the organization’s security requirements and compliance strategy involving NIST, HIPAA, SOC1, SOC2, and PCI. Served as a key catalyst in increasing average performance by 95% or greater through participating in knowledge sharing activities through security and privacy training for both new hires and existing team members.
