Safe work in Confined space.(Safety watcher, Entry permit, Rescue arrangements etc.) Safe Working at Heights. Checking of Lifting Tools/ Tackles / Machines. Checking Scaffolding & PTW (red tag / green tag) Excavation Safety.(Banking / Benching / Shoring / Fencing etc) Safe work procedures / Job safety Analysis. Checking unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Coordinating safety meeting. Daily safety site inspection and giving solution through (3-Es) Engineering, Education and Enforcement.Fire Safety Responsibility Hot jobs, Flammable substances and Fire Fighting. Classes of Fires and application of suitable fire fighting system like. Smothering (Blanketing). Cooling. Starvation. Fire Extinguishers inspection. Inspection of Vessels /Tanks containing flammables.Electrical Safety Responsibility Daily inspection of electrical cords, connections and electrical system. Earthing / grounding and other safety devices. Induction to new worker. Checking proper illumination. Checking specific P.P.E. for electrical workers.Report & Permit Responsibilities Daily safety observation report. Accident / Incident investigation Report. Yearly safety reports (Frequency Rate, Severity Rate etc). Compliance report on Legislation and Standards. Monthly Plant inspection report. Violation report. Hot work & Cold work permit. Permit to work in confined space. Permit for working at heights. PTW, LOTO etc.Safety Motivation Responsibilities.
