As a Senior Account Receivable at Finthrive, I manage the end-to-end P/L responsibility for RCM projects assigned with client delivery for production and quality. I have 7.5 years of experience in US healthcare services, working with various leading healthcare outsourcing companies. I hold a degree in healthcare management from ISBM University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complex and dynamic healthcare industry. I have led a group of individuals to achieve team and organizational targets for multi-specialty billing and AR projects, and participated in process transitions and day-to-day interactions for client set-up in states.
