As a multilingual IT Support Technician and Computer Science student at Bridgewater State University I combine my hands-on IT support experience with my solid understanding of AI and networking and endpoint systems. My responsibilities include hardware setup and classroom crisis response as well as authentication and Wi-Fi problem resolution and Printers and system performance maintenance across the entire campus IT infrastructure. My previous role as Junior Network Analyst at GuestTek involved technical assistance to Arabic-speaking hotel clients throughout the world.My educational path combines studies in STEM subjects with Islamic classical scholarship. I finished an extensive Alimiyyah and Fazilat program studying Arabic grammar and theology and logic while pursuing my current computer science studies in software development and data structures and AI.I possess native-level proficiency in five languages which include Arabic and Urdu and Hindi and Telugu and English and I excel in fast-paced environments with diverse teams.
