ABOUT IMRAN NABI

As a medical secretary at NHS, I support the medical staff and patients with administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I have been in this role for over a year, and I have honed my skills in administration, coordination, analysis, communication, organisation, and problem-solving. I am also interested in public health and policy issues, and I seek to learn and contribute to the improvement of health care services and outcomes. Before joining NHS, I gained valuable experience as a booking coordinator at SpaMedica, where I handled patient waiting lists and appointments, and as an invigilator at VICTVS, where I supervised and monitored exams. These roles enhanced my adaptability and flexibility, as well as my ability to work under pressure and in different settings. I also have a masters degree in public administration from Karachi University, and I have completed various courses and certificates on entrepreneurship, business development, and journalistic writing from the Institute of Business Administration. I am passionate about learning new things and writing about topics that matter to me and my community. I speak Urdu and English fluently, and I value kindness, honesty, and teamwork.
