EMEA Post Trade Lead covering all Post Trade Applications.Previous roles include management of Collateral Management, Prime Derivative Services, Risk and PnL systems and implementation of L0/L1 support structure for the Risk Finance and Treasury business function.Responsibilities•Driving strategic projects with CIO leads as part of simplification.•Implementing framework for managing trade exceptions as part of tracking trade flow completeness across critical systems.•Focusing the support team on making improvements around managing support related issues/queries•Working closely with the traders, PCG, IBMO and Market Risk to make sure any issues that they have are being worked on and updates are being provided in a timely manner•Driving team to resolve application and dependent application issues impacting business area with bi-weekly calls in place with IT and business areas. •Getting the team to focus on critical issues and projects and driving them to meet the given deadlines.•Working with management around the issues the team is facing and ways of addressing the issues and improving team morale.•Managing incidents and problems using ITIL standards and providing updates to senior management•Working with the team to improve the contents put into changes and making sure only changes that meet the team guidelines are approved.•Creating a business presentation for major systems to log required fixes, major incidents, and on-going issues. A weekly/bi-weekly meeting to discuss the issues with development key stakeholders to drive improvements and prioritization.•Updating stakeholders on issues impacting them and providing status updates for fixes• Managing the resiliency tests and making sure each region focuses on planning and carrying out the test, so it is successful.
