With a focus on community development and sustainability with experience of more than 11 years, my role as Program Manager at Ashray Foundation has allowed me to lead the \"Improved Health and WASH Services in India,\" ensuring its alignment with local needs and long-term viability through operation of Mobile Medical Unit( MMU). Our team places community at the heart of all initiatives, fostering participatory planning and empowerment in every project phase.My competencies in team leadership and strategic planning have been honed through the successful coordination of WASH projects, advocating for replicable models and building strong liaisons with district authorities.
