Glu Mobile (NASDAQ:GLUU) is a leading global developer and publisher of Social Mobile games for smartphone and tablet devices. The studio is focused on bringing the best in social, freemium, cross-platform mobile gaming experiences to the mass market.Worked with Glu Executive Team to grow the studio team to 60 member studio working on 4 tracks - Game Development, Server Engineering, Art Insourcing and Customer Care - with 24X7 operations.Built a bare shell location and managed relocation of the studio to SEZ (Special Economic Zone). Setup the internal processes and practices as per the regulatory rules.Worked as a Product Owner and with HQ Teams to drive product definition for games developed at the studio. Coordinated with Design, Development, Art and QA teams to build and deliver games.Coordinated with Server Engineering Team to create a light weight distributed server platform - CHORDS - to support the backend requirement for games developed at Hyderabad.Coordinated with teams - Legal, Licensing, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, UA, Localization, Global QA Strike - to deliver games.Setup HR and IT team at the studio to support and run the studio.NASSCOM Gaming Chapter meetup Hyderabad - 2012 -
