For continuously monitoring Press Shop, Weld Shop, Assembly Line and takes the appropriate action when required. Conducting regular audits on line to find the line defects & take corrective action to resolve the issue. To look after Quality problem and their countermeasure to increase Quality Of product. Monitoring & Analysis of Red Bin Rejections, rework & efforts to zero the rejections. Prepare & Present the monthly MIS to Top Management on Internal Rejections & Rework Trend, Customer Rejections Trend, Cost of Poor Quality, Cost of quality, Customer ratings etc. To Look PDI inspections & take actions to resolve the quality issues. Provide Training to the Inspectors & Workers related to part quality as per WI & Inspection Sheet. Monitoring & Analysis of Customer Rejections & Complaints. Handling customer complaint by using 7QC tool & resolving problems by taking permanent action & preparing CAPA. To Educate Staff & Workers on various topics like Safety,5S, 3M, 3G, Press Operation, Welding Operation, Visual/Gauge Inspection, Poison Test, Use of PPEs, Material Handling, Kaizen/Suggestions, Poka-Yoke, Red Bin, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA,4M,Packing Standard,FIFO System & Abnormality Handling. Effectively prepare 8D Report, PPS, One Pager, QPR (Quality Problem Report), Analysis Report, CAPA, QPCR (Quality Problem Countermeasure Report).
