The Go Fuel Card business is headquartered in Breda, Netherlands with approximately proprietary cards in circulation across the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Luxembourg and operates on an independent proprietary card network and is accepted at over retail sites.\\\\n\\\\nCreate and implement policies and procedures, ensure compliance with governance, laws and regulations, and partner with leadership and employees to deliver impactful results.\\\\n\\\\nInteract with stakeholders and Board members while influencing decision-making. Complete internal audits and investigations. Support organizational restructuring through analysis, recommendation, and business case development. Draft and obtain approval for business cases, assist CEO in decision-making, and cultivating key business relationships. Significant general management, leadership and governance within a highly regulated environment.\\\\n\\\\n Define KPIs, strategies, and goals while driving change and mitigating risks.\\\\n Develop strategies, define KPIs, provide informed decision-making, pro-active risk management, corporate governance, due diligence, budget and resource management and controls functions.\\\\n Spearhead the development of robust measurable 10-year outcomes focussed strategy.\\\\n Active listener and communicator, cultivating key relationships and working collaboratively with employees, senior leaders and external stakeholders while influencing decision-making.\\\\n Support organizational change through analysis, recommendation and business case development.\\\\n Create innovative change implementation plans with measurable deliverables and drive delivery by multi-disciplinary teams and resolving conflicting priorities.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
