Currently, I am working in the Office 365/modern SharePoint online environment. I have designed various Trackers, Ticketing System, Feedback forms, cascading dropdown in lists/libraries, dynamic dashboards using PowerApps and Power Automate. Working with Teams, Planner, OneNote, and Business OneDrive daily basis, significant knowledge in Microsoft applications. In prior experiences, I have worked in Agile environments, used Agile methodologies to design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software. Expertise in OOTB customizations and solutions, troubleshoot production problems that are related to software applications. Researched, tested, and coordinated the conversion and/or integration of new products as well based on client requirements, consulted with project teams and end users to identify application requirements as well as resolved issues with software and responded to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. As one of my hobbies, I like creating network/networking, connecting computers, working with routers and switches, troubleshooting, and installing hardware/software.
