Working here as a Technical analyst I am responsible for operations/management of Sasktel Data Centers (Six Data Centers of Tier II / Tier environment mainly focused on Security and Network side for Business Customers, main responsibilities are, • Implemented Backup / Disaster Recovery / Storage as a Services, Managed Hosting and colocation and other IT infrastructure solutions for external customers. • Working here as SME for Firewall Operations / Management for our business customers. • Overall management of more than 50+ Firewalls deployed in Saskatchewan. • Implement / Manage / Troubleshoot IPSec site-to-site VPN for multiple SaskTel business data centers customers. • Configuring firewalls (Physical / Virtual) from scratch for various customers as per their customized requirements. • Monitor, maintain and repair SaskTel data and internal networks with the help of EM7, Service Now, Tracs, HP Service Manager, Orchid, Splunk, Net line Dancer and Various other tools. • Comprehensive troubleshooting and analysis of latency and packet loss issue leveraging Cisco IOS command, traceroute, ping, and analysis of graphing data on Network Monitoring system. • Detailed analysis and troubleshooting using Splunk tool. • Doing migrations from Existing Switching Infrastructure involving Catalyst Switches 65xx to Nexus switches (2k / 5K / 7k).
