Driving the team to build the best experience using the Technogym equipment combined with the power of digital. The Technogym ecosystem is a huge platform that includes tons of touchpoints starting from mobile through equipment, website and so on. Analysis and design of cloud infrastructures able to react to the constant changes that the market requires, both from a technical and economic point of view. In the past 4 years we completely redesign the MyWellness Cloud that was based on a monolithic application hosted on virtual machines in more than 50 microservices, hosted on containers (AWS ECS with Fargate), totally event bases (AWS SNS + SQS), with a sharded cluster (MongoDb on AWS EC2) and gRPC communication (server to server). Support and work with internal development teams and other business units to ensure that they have all the knowledge and facilities for each specific project. Designing platforms with automated provisioning, security, management infrastructure, continuous integration, continuous delivery. Research and Development: introduced new technologies learning approach helping the teams tohave a breadth knowledge on what\'s new and what could be next Trained developer teams to adopt an agile approach in order to have a consistent approach to thebusiness, together with more skilled developers with a more open mind Moved service to container improving scaling, efficiency and application lifecycle management Project Management: Adopted Agile methodologies (standup meetings, poker plan, story points,burndown chart and so on) to have a more efficient time management and project closed deals in a less timeframe.
